Entering the Polar Bear Dip and the Terry Fox Run has provided a great deal of satisfaction for Ian and Sarah and both raised money for local charities. About the Speaker
An Orillia resident, Ronda Hales has been a fixture in the local business community for more than 20 years, providing bookkeeping and tax services to entrepreneurs and small businesses. An avid hockey player and dog lover (she has two), she is also active in United Way Greater Simcoe County and with Habitat for Humanity’s new ReStore just north of the city. She’s also a member of a local BNI group and the Orillia & District Chamber of Commerce.
A recent empty-nester, Ronda’s daughter is just nearing the halfway point in her studies at Lakehead. Her spouse Kyle commutes daily to Aliston’s Honda plant. Together, they stay busy enjoying all aspects of their adopted hometown.
At work, Ronda gets satisfaction in relieving business owners of the burden of financial recordkeeping and government compliance, so they can focus on making their companies thrive. To provide her clients with a full slate of financial services, she recently purchased the Orillia franchise of Ledgers, a trusted brand across North America, and opened an office at 329 Mississaga St. W., which she’s currently in the process in re-decorating.
